  • Return Packaging: You have the option to utilize the original box or select a new one when sending the product back for a return. For returns using the same box, kindly ensure that the original label is adequately covered.

  • Shipping Timeframe: The product should be shipped back within a 10-day period.

  • Return Timeline Calculation: The aforementioned 10-day duration will be calculated starting from the date of the tracking scan.

  • Refund Process: We will promptly process your refund to the same payment method you used for the purchase upon receiving and inspecting the product at our warehouse.
